Chris Wallace Tests Negative For Covid-19 After Moderating Debate

Fox News Sunday host Chris Wallace has tested negative for the coronavirus six days after he spent 90 minutes seated several feet away from Donald Trump during the first presidential debate with Joe Biden. Fox News White House correspondent John Roberts has also received a negative Covid-19 test, the network reported Monday evening.

Mr. Trump’s nominee for the Supreme Court, Judge Amy Coney Barrett, has also received a negative coronavirus test, along with Jared Kushner and Ivanka Trump.

The tests results come as President Trump left Walter Reed Medical Center and returned to the White House, taking his mask off as he stood in front of the presidential residence. The White House press secretary, Kayleigh McEnany has also tested positive for the coronavirus, extending the outbreak tied to the president, his family and staff.

McEnany said she would begin working remotely as part of a quarantine away from the West Wing of the White House.
