Justin Bieber Returns To The Top 10 As Charlie Puth And Gabby Barrett Hit A New High On The Hot 100

Last week, 24kGoldn and Iann Dior jumped to No. 1 on the Hot 100 with what can be considered the breakout smash for both artists, “Mood.” Now, the tune holds steady atop the all-encompassing ranking of the most popular songs in the U.S. as no new cuts enter the region for the first time.

Next up are two of the biggest hip-hop tracks of the year and then a pop/R&B hybrid, as Cardi B and Megan Thee Stallion’s “WAP” and Drake and Lil Durk’s “Laugh Now, Cry Later” keep at Nos. 2 and 3, respectively while The Weeknd’s “Blinding Lights” is a non-mover at No. 4.

Back inside the top five is “Savage Love (Laxed – Siren Beat)” by Jawsh 685 and Jason Derulo. The title broke into the top 10 well over a month ago, and after a remix featuring BTS was released, the three musicians vaulted to the Hot 100’s throne. Just one frame later, fans went back to preferring the original version (which only credits Derulo and 685), which is represented on the tally now.

Up to a new peak position is “I Hope” by Gabby Barrett and Charlie Puth, which lifts from No. 8 to No. 6 this time around. The cut has been gaining ground steadily, and the new take which features Puth has helped it become both a pop and country favorite.

The following two tunes both fall from where they ranked last time around, with BTS’s “Dynamite” and DaBaby and Roddy Ricch’s “Rockstar” dipping to Nos. 7 and 8, respectively. Both tracks took turns running the show.

Justin Bieber and Chance the Rapper return to the Hot 100’s highest tier with their collaborative single “Holy,” which debuted and peaked at No. 3 a short time ago. The cut fell outside the loftiest arena on the chart, but following the pop star’s performance of the new smash on Saturday Night Live, it improves from No. 14 to No. 9.

Steady in last place inside the Hot 100’s top 10 is “Lemonade” by Internet Money, Gunna, NAV and Don Toliver.
