Abhishek Bachchan allegedly reacted to rumours about his and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan’s marriage. Fans have been speculating that all might not be good between Abhishek and Aishwarya lately. The speculations birthed after Abhishek ‘liked’ a post about divorce and Aishwarya made a solo appearance at a wedding last month. While the couple hasn’t issued a statement, multiple publications claimed Abhishek spoke to an international media outlet about the rumours. The Times of India claimed Abhishek spoke to Bollywood UK Media and addressed the ongoing rumours. He allegedly flaunted his wedding ring and said he is ‘still married.’ “I don’t have anything to say to you all about that (the rumours). You all have blown the entire thing out of proportion, sadly. I understand why you do it. You have to file some stories. It’s okay, we’re celebrities, we have to take it,” Abhishek is quoted in the report.

Abhishek and Aishwarya have been married for 17 years now. The couple shares a daughter, named Aaradhya Bachchan. The couple has been keeping their marriage away from the spotlight in the recent years. Their social media posts about each other have been limited to wishing each other on special days such as birthdays and anniversary. However, Abhishek and Aishwarya do not leave a chance to support each other and the family.

Abhishek was seen joining Aishwarya not only during the making but also during the release of Ponniyin Selvan. Meanwhile, Aishwarya turned Agastya Nanda’s biggest cheerleader at the premiere of The Archies, his debut project last year. She posed with Abhishek, Aaradhya, Agastya and other Bachchan family members.

Meanwhile, Abhishek was seen attending the Olympics in Paris recently. The actor made a solo appearance at the games. He was seen cheering the Indian atheletes participating in the games. He also showered Neeraj Chopra with love after he won a silver medal for India at the javelin throw final.
