Saban is experiencing “very mild” Covid-19 symptoms and will self-isolate at home, the school said in a statement, a period likely to last 10 days per Southeastern Conference rules.
The 69-year-old coach previously tested positive for the virus and went into isolation last month, but he didn’t show any symptoms and produced several consecutive negative tests, leading the school to conclude it was a false positive.
