An Interview with ULTATEL and Under30CEO

Q: Can you tell us some background on ULTATEL and its founder and CEO Amr Ibrahim?

ULTATEL was founded in 2016 by Amr Ibrahim. Amr has decades of experience in telecommunications. Additionally, he has developed a deep understanding of the industry as a whole and the pitfalls that plague the competition. He created ULTATEL in mind to provide not just a suite of high-quality cloud communications products, but also to focus on giving its customers the customizability and support that they need to grow their businesses. All of this without any salacious practices such as hidden fees and neglectful customer service.

Q: What are some companies ULTATEL works with? Is there any company too big or too small to work with?

ULTATEL works with companies of all sizes and industries. Some of the more notable companies are Lidl, Boys and Girls Club of America, and Nationwide. There is no company too big or too small that can effectively utilize ULTATEL’s premier cloud communications platform. And ULTATEL does not discriminate against any company regarding their size when it comes to receiving our award-winning customer support.

Q: We talk a lot about entrepreneurship and growth over here. What is one piece of advice those who started on the ground floor and grew with ULTATEL’s success would give others?

We have seen small businesses that spoke with our account managers regarding starting off with just 1 line and over time they grew to 100+ lines. One piece of advice we can give is that no challenge is out of reach when you are willing to put in the hard work, stay up to date with industry trends, and most importantly you should follow a customer-centric business model that focuses on delighting your customers.

Q: In thinking through ULTATEL’s timeline, what is a motto or learning experience the company will always use moving forward?

A similar answer to the previous question, but focusing on addressing your customer’s needs. We ensure that their experience is seamless is always our top priority. Following this basic principle has led to our continued growth and receiving a cornucopia of positive testimonials and reviews. We will continue to follow this strategy, as well as maintain a focus on customizability and scalability that are in line with our customer’s requirements and goals.

Q: Where do you see the company headed?

If all goes well, we see ULTATEL persisting in its rapid growth within the unified communications industry. We had the pleasure in 2022 of being awarded the #1 solution in overall value and customer support by Gartner. We will continue to strive for the best quality service, functionality, and support. These are what truly matters to us.
