Every New Movie Coming To Netflix This Week

Each month, Netflix adds a wave of new movies to its database. And while most of those movies release on the first day of the month, several more are added throughout the month as well.

And it’s the same case this week, as five new movies are mixed into Netflix’s weekly offerings. From hard-hitting documentaries to beloved comedies to brand new releases, there’s plenty of fresh projects to check out this week from the world’s most popular streaming platform.

So which movies can you expect this week from Netflix? Here’s every one of them:

A Love Song for Latasha

Plot summary: The killing of Latasha Harlins became a flashpoint for the 1992 Los Angeles uprising. This documentary evocatively explores the 15-year-old’s life and dreams.

Kiss the Ground

Plot summary: Science experts and celebrity activists unpack the ways in which the earth’s soil may be the key to combating climate change and preserving the planet.

Kiss the Ground stars Bill Benenson, Gisele Bündchen, Pamela B. Green, Joshua Tickell and Rebecca Harrell Tickell. The movie was directed by Joshua Tickell and Rebecca Harrell Tickell.

Kiss the Ground will be available to stream on Netflix on September 22.

Enola Holmes

Plot summary: While searching for her missing mother, intrepid teen Enola Holmes uses her sleuthing skills to outsmart big brother Sherlock and help a runaway lord.

Enola Holmes stars Millie Bobby Brown, Sam Claflin, Henry Cavill and Helena Bonham Carter. The movie was directed by Harry Bradbeer.

Enola Holmes will be available to stream on Netflix on September 23.

Waiting…

Plot summary: Employees turn up the antics during an eight-hour shift at the restaurant Shenaniganz when new opportunities call and boredom gets the best of them.

Waiting… stars Ryan Reynolds, Anna Faris, Justin Long, David Koechner, John Francis Daley, Kaitlin Doubleday, Alanna Ubach, Chi McBride and Luis Guzmán. The movie was directed by Rob McKittrick.

Waiting… will be available to stream on Netflix on September 23.

Real Steel

Plot summary: A struggling fighter-turned-promoter reconnects with his estranged son to convert an old-generation robot into a mighty World Robot Boxing contender.

Real Steel stars Hugh Jackman, Dakota Goyo, Evangeline Lilly, Anthony Mackie and Kevin Durand. The movie was directed by Shawn Levy.

Real Steel will be available to stream on Netflix on September 24.
