IMPACT also saw the end to WRESTLE HOUSE, as the housemates were transported back to the IMPACT Zone to set up a future match between Knockouts champion Deonna Purrazzo and No. 1 Contender Kylie Rae. The series finale of WRESTLE HOUSE saw John E. Bravo propose to Rosemary, who said yes.

Sami Callihan def. RVD

Katie Forbes is very good at distracting Sami Callihan, which she did at will throughout this entire match.

Once it became clear that these two were actually going to have a full-blown match, it was even clearer that it’s too early for such a match as this bitter feud is just starting to take off.

Sami Callihan vs. RVD would have been one hell of a match and rivalry in ECW.

Rhino def. Reno Scum

Reno Scum was offered cash by Hernandez if they succeeded in taking out Rhino, and I’m just hoping Ron Simmons and JBL’s lawyers don’t catch wind of this.

Of course, Rhino was the babyface in this match, but I was pulling for Reno Scum because that would give Rhino more reason to recruit Heath Slater to be in his corner.

Heath not only posed as a cameraman, we even got to see the shot from his camera to prove it was legit. Nice touch.

Scott D’Amore’s gimmick is pandemic party-pooper.

Cody and Jake Deaner vs. Ace Romero and Larry D—WRESTLE HOUSE

Cody Deaner’s windup for his punch was an entire production.

The only thing this match was missing wast the 24/7 Championship. And a referee.

It was implied that Susie mutilated all the combatants with her bare hands, which technically counts as intergender wrestling.

The Rascalz def. Ace Austin and Madman Fulton

The Rascalz have great merchandise. At what point will they open their own dispensary?

Madman Fulton slapping a rear-naked choke on Wentz from the top rope, leaving Wentz’ feet dangling, was an impressive visual.

This match really leveled up once the dives started up during the home stretch.

Taya Valkyrie def. Rosemary—WRESTLE HOUSE

Based on how straight he played it, for the most part, John E. Bravo’s stint as a special guest referee could have also constituted as an audition.

Referees shouldn’t wear shorts. Not even in WRESTLE HOUSE.

While both women were laid out, John E. Bravo missed a golden opportunity to quickly count them both out to prevent him from choosing sides.

Of course this match—and WRESTLE HOUSE—ended in a marriage proposal.

Deonna Purrazzo’s Black-Tie Affair

Going from WRESTLE HOUSE to a black-tie affair was a jarring transition.

The Rascalz were so happy to have the honor of helping Deonna Purrazzo into the ring.

Jordynne Grace showing up to a black-tie affair in jeans was just disrespectful.

Tenille Dashwood—and WRESTLE HOUSE—returned and the Knockouts division has quietly become IMPACT’s most loaded.

Eric Young def. Eddie Edwards—IMPACT World Championship

Not enough people talk about Eric Young as having one of the better flying elbow drops in wrestling.

Eddie Edwards sold his knee throughout this match, and the worse it got, the more it became apparent he’s not leaving the IMPACT zone with the world title.

Eddie Edwards is the perfect type of every man babyface to chase for a championship, and Eric Young makes for a more than capable heel world champion.
