SBI raises Rs 7,500 crore via tier-2 bonds – Times of India


MUMBAI: SBI has raised Rs 7,500 crore by issuing Basel III compliant tier 2 bonds. The 7.42%, 15-year bonds have a call option after ten years and each anniversary after that. SBI got bids for over Rs 8,800 crore from provident funds, pension funds, and banks.
