Larissa Has Been Arrested Three Times Times Since Arriving in America

Larissa has been arrested several times since she first came to America to be with her now ex-husband Colt Johnson. After dozens of blow-out fights, numerous domestic abuse arrests, and countless altercations, the two finally settled their divorce in April 2019. The couple was married for a total of 10 months.

Larissa was arrested twice for domestic violence against Colt in 2018 – the first time was in June, just days before their wedding. In November 2018, the Brazilian native was arrested again. In both cases, however, the charges were dropped.

In January 2019, Larissa was accused of attacking Colt and arrested for the third time in Clark County, Nevada. She was later charged for misdemeanor domestic violence, according to US Magazine. Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department Officer Jay Rivera said, “[Colt] had a swollen lip, and his gums and teeth were bloodied,” and that Larissa “was the aggressor in this case.”

Larissa, 90 Day Fiance

Las Vegas Metropolitan Police DepartmentLarissa Dos Santos Lima, star of the hit reality series ’90 Day Fiance, has been arrested three times since 2018.

In February 2019, Larissa told Hollywood Life, “I have an immigration attorney and I will try to prove that I had the best of intentions coming here. I have lots of proof that I really came here for love and had the best of intentions.”

The charges were eventually dropped down to disorderly conduct. Larissa was ordered to pay a $345 fine, serve 48 hours of community service, and attend domestic violence counseling.

Larissa’s Immigration Status Was Not Affected By Her Criminal Charges

After Larissa’s third arrest, her criminal charged could’ve negatively impacted whether or not she was allowed to remain in America, and if she would be approved for her green card.

Her attorney Adam M. Vander Heyden, told E! News in May 2019 that she was able to remain in the U.S. on the condition that she complete her court-ordered requirements and successfully get her charges reduced.

“Everything went according to plan,” Heyden said. “The judge accepted the negotiations to reduce her case down to disorderly conduct upon successful completion of her requirements… After consulting with her immigration attorney, this negotiation will not impede her ability to obtain citizenship.”
