Anushka Shetty Breaks Silence on Dating Baahubali co-star Prabhas, Says ‘He’s my 3 am Friend’

Actor Anushka Shetty, who’s one of the most sought-after faces in the South Indian film industry, finally spoken out on the rumours of her relationship with actor Prabhas. The duo impressed the audience worldwide with their beautiful chemistry in SS Rajamouli‘s Baahubali-series. Ever since the series released and broke all the Box Office records, the fans speculated about their relationship in real life.

Earlier, in his interview, Prabhas denied all the rumours and maintained that they are just good friends. And now, Anushka, too, talked about the rumours in length and said there’s no truth to any report about their relationship. The popular star mentioned that Prabhas is her ‘3 am friend’ and they share similar personalities. However, the actor steered away from giving any positive hint to prove the rumours true.

She talked to Deccan Chronicle and said, “I have known Prabhas for over 15 years now and he is one of my 3 am friends. We are usually linked up because both of us are not married and make an amazing on-screen pair. Had there been anything between both of us, it would have been out by this time. Both of us are the same kind of people who don’t hide any emotions if we are involved.”

Anushka, who is known for giving a stellar performance in films like Arundhati, Bhaagamathie, Rudhramadevi and in Run alongside Abhishek Bachchan, is now gearing up Nishabhdham. The actor’s performance in the role of queen Devasena in the Baahubali series was deemed fantastic. She performed a character which was on the lines of Sita and Draupadi – the mythological characters from Hindu holy texts Ramayana and Mahabharata, respectively.
