‘Big Brother 23’ Spoilers: Week 10 Double Eviction & New HOH Results

CBS

Tiffany Mitchell and Hannah Chaddha in the ‘Big Brother 23’ house

The “Big Brother 23” jury house is about to gain its sixth and seventh members when the second double eviction of the summer airs on Thursday, Sept. 16. So, who will be joining Britini D’Angelo, Derek Xiao, Sarah Beth Steagall, Claire Rehfuss, and Alyssa Lopez in the “Big Brother 23” jury house?

The first eviction is between Tiffany Mitchell and Hannah Chaddha because neither one of them won the Power of Veto this week, so Head of Household Kyland Young’s nominations remained the same.

Things are not looking good for Tiffany. She was the men’s target this week and they will probably evict by a 2-1 vote (with Azah Awasum being her “pity” vote). The real fun begins with the first Head of Household competition Thursday night. Hannah needs to win it or she is probably the next out (unless she can win the Power of Veto). It should be exciting to watch. Follow along below with our live post but be warned of spoilers.

All times Eastern.

8:05 — So, just FYI — I’m sure this was a surprise to the houseguests, but they filmed this yesterday (the feeds went down). So by the time the feeds come back tonight, there will probably already be a new HOH. I’m not sure exactly what is going to air tonight, but this is not a live episode.

8:10 — How, exactly, did Tiffany break trust with Kyland or Xavier? All she did was mastermind this entire thing. Honestly, if you don’t watch the feeds, you should know that Tiffany is being done so dirty by the editing this season.

8:20 — The conversation Tiffany had with Derek where she truth-bombed him with the information that Derek can’t beat Xavier in the finals was HILARIOUS. Derek was genuinely shocked at this news — like, dude, what game have you been playing?! OF COURSE he beats you! He might win unanimously! Also, she was not wrong in telling them that Hannah wants to take them both out. She does. If Tiff goes home, Hannah is going to try her hardest to be sitting next to Azah at the end (and if she is, Hannah deserves to win 100 percent).

8:30 — Jury House segment. Derek X. and Britini are both shocked that Sarah Beth went home against two of the biggest threats in the house. Um, yeah. But that’s just kind of how this season went and then when Tiff/Hannah needed to win HOH most, they didn’t. Also, the Jury House segment about the Cookout feels a bit forced. I wish we got Jury House live feeds.

8:40 — More Jury House. Everyone is (rightfully) SHOCKED that it was Tiffany who took out Claire. Yeah. Everyone’s goodbye messages that we didn’t get to see were really nice.

8:55 — Time for Tiffany to get sent home. She is evicted by a vote of 3-0, so she didn’t get even a pity vote. Her eviction interview was brutal, she was SUCH a good player and this really stinks.

9:10 — The next HOH comp is two-tiered. The first two who advance out of the ball-rolling segment compete in a second tier. Azah and Xavier advance out of the first round. The second round is 10 shots to land as many balls on the grass as you can. If there’s a tie, it goes to a tiebreaker question. With four balls left, Azah has a 2-1 lead. She ends up winning 4-3.

9:20 — Azah tells Hannah that she’s nominating Hannah and Xavier because she made a deal with Kyland not to nominate him. If Kyland wins POV, Azah says it’ll be a tie eviction vote and she’ll break the tie in Hannah’s favor, but I think that’s a lie. Based on the last time we had live feeds, I think Hannah is everyone’s target and she needs to win POV or she’s gone. Yes, Azah nominates Hannah and X.

9:30 — The POV comp is “What the Bleep,” where they have to guess if a word that is bleeped out in their former houseguests’ statements are true or false based on what Julie gives them. There are 7 questions. After three questions, Kyland and Xavier are tied with three points, Hannah, Azah and Derek each have two. After five questions, Hannah, Xavier and Kyland are tied with four points. At the end, Xavier and Kyland are tied with six points. The tiebreaker question is, “In seconds, how long was the Cluckster HOH competition from the official start until Big Brother declared Kyland the winner?” Kyland says 1690 and Xavier says 1100, which means Kyland wins POV.

9:45 — If Kyland really wanted to make a case to win the game, he’d use the POV right now on Hannah, force Azah to renom Big D and then evict Xavier. But he won’t and Hannah’s gone and this game just got SO boring. But then wait — Kyland uses POV on Xavier, which forces Azah to renom Derek. Hmmm.

9:50 — Hannah looks sick and teary-eyed. She knows she’s going home. But wouldn’t it be interesting if Kyland and Xavier force a tie? Kyland votes to evict Hannah, then Xavier votes the same way. No tie. Hannah’s done.

“Big Brother” season 23 airs Sundays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays at 8 p.m. Eastern and Pacific times on CBS.
