Sushant Singh Rajput Case LIVE Updates: Gaurav Arya Reaches ED Office, CBI to Grill Rhea for 4th Day

Rhea Chakraborty is likely to face Sushant Singh Rajput’s kin for the first time while quizzing as the late actor’s sister Mitu Singh is expected to be questioned side by side by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI). After Mitu Singh arrives and records her statement, it is likely that both she and Rhea will be quizzed together in order to corroborate their respective statements with each other, according to CNN-News18. 

Rhea appears before the CBI for the fourth consecutive day

Rhea Chakraborty has reached the DRDO guest house for the fourth straight day of questioning by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI). The CBI has so far questioned Rhea for over 25 hours. She was questioned for nearly 10 hours on Friday, seven hours on Saturday, and eight hours on Sunday. The CBI will also question Sushant’s sister Mitu Singh today.

Gaurav Arya was called  for questioning after the ED came across some mobile phone messages reportedly sent by Rhea Chakraborty to him in 2017 and they purportedly indicate discussion of certain banned narcotics. However, Arya’s lawyer Manu Sharma said that his client had never supplied any drugs. Sharma also said that his client never met Sushant Singh Rajput. Arya’s lawyer also claimed that he last met Rhea Chakraborty in 2017, and never discussed anything about drug supply. 

Gaurav Arya reaches ED office

Goa-based hotelier Gaurav Arya has arrived at the Enforcement Directorate office in Mumbai. His questioning will begin shortly. On the other hand, Rhea Chakraborty will reach the DRDO guesthouse shortly for the 4th round of interrogation. Sushant Singh Rajput’s sister Mitu Singh will also be questioned by the CBI today.
