More Apple Stores Are Reopening This Week – Here’s Where You Can Find Them

Stores will reopen in Arkansas, California, Colorado, Florida, Hawaii, Oklahoma and Washington this week, in addition to sites that have already reopened in South Carolina, Idaho, Alabama, and Alaska.

A dozen stores will also reopen in Canada, meaning nearly 100 Apple locations have reopened around the world as coronavirus lockdowns start to ease.

This includes Italy, where the company plans to reopen 10 of its 17 stores there as shops, hairdressers and bars welcome customers again.

Temperature checks will take place before entry, while employees and customers will be required to wear facemasks. There will also be limits to the number of customers allowed in store.

But Apple stands ready to close stores again if need be. Senior Vice President for retail and people, Deirdre O’Brien, said in a note to customers: “A store opening in no way means that we won’t take the preventative step of closing it again should local conditions warrant.”

Apple is also reopening stores across Europe and in Australia this week.
