NFL Draft 2020 Schedule: Round 2 Start Time, TV Channel, Live Stream, Order And Results

Day 2 of the 2020 NFL Draft, featuring Rounds 2 and 3, is set to begin soon. While many of the name-brand stars are off the board after being selected during yesterday’s marquee first round, there are still some notable prospects hoping to have their name called shortly after the event starts back up at 7 p.m. ET. Players like Georgia running back D’Andre Swift, whom many thought would be the first player at his position selected—that honor went to LSU’s Clyde Edwards-Helaire, a prospect that many experts had a second- or third-round grade on, who was picked by the Kansas City Chiefs at No. 32—and Yetur Gross-Matos, Penn State’s standout defensive end, are still available. You can see a full list of first-round 2020 NFL Draft results below, as well as information on how to watch and live stream tonight’s action and picks order for the two upcoming rounds:

NFL Draft 2020 Day 2 Preview and Betting Guide

Oddsmakers, who have already declared this draft to be the most wagered on of all time, have been working around the clock to analyze the NFL Draft 2020 first round results and recently released a slew of new betting lines related to Day 2 of the event. These props mostly related to the over/under on draft position for the biggest name prospects still available, but also cover the potential for blockbuster trades and the next player to be picked at each position.

Fans have been dissecting the 2020 NFL Draft results ever since the first round wrapped up last night and have been debating the numerous snubs that are still up on the board going into the second round. They will have the chance to wager on whether these snubs will be the next prospect at their respective position to be selected. Four quarterbacks were taken on Thursday—including three within the first six picks—but there are still some intriguing signal-callers waiting to find a pro team. Bookmakers believe that Oklahoma’s Jalen Hurts will be the next one to get snapped up, making him an odds-on favorite at -110, meaning one would need to risk $1.10 to win $1 on the outcome. Hurts seems to be a good bet to get picked before Jacob Eason (+125) and Jake Fromm (+600), but he’s far from the biggest favorite in this prop betting category. That distinction is jointly shared by D’Andre Swift at running back and Xavier McKinney at safety, who are both heavy -150 chalk to be picked before their positional peers in the 2020 NFL Draft.

There are three veteran players that have had their names consistently mentioned in trade rumors leading up to the 2020 NFL Draft, a group that includes Washington Redskins left tackle Trent Williams, Jacksonville Jaguars defensive end Yannick Ngakoue and Tampa Bay Buccaneers tight end O.J. Howard. Williams, who didn’t play in a game last year after holding out and failing a physical, is thought to be the most likely to be dealt tonight, with bookmakers placing +150 odds—meaning one win $1.50 for every $1 risked—that the 31-year-old finds a new home as part of a 2020 NFL Draft trade. Howard, who is rumored to want out of Tampa Bay, has the longest odds of being involved in a trade at +600. The tight end has yet to live up to the potential that made him a first-round draft pick back in 2017 and is now involved at a logjam at the position with the offseason arrival of Rob Gronkowski, who came out of retirement to join quarterback Tom Brady in Tampa after was traded by the New England Patriots.

No one should be surprised if there are some blockbuster deals and head-scratching picks on Day 2 of the 2020 NFL Draft. The opening round had four trades take place during it and it is a sure bet that more occur before the second and third rounds conclude this evening. One could even happen involving the No. 33 pick, as the Cincinnati Bengals are +225 to trade down from it. It would also be shocking if a big-name prospect didn’t slip further down the board as teams get back on the clock and make their selections. With that in mind, here is a look at all the available odds and prop bets for the remainder of the 2020 NFL Draft courtesy of BetOnline.
